Delrin Machining
Delrin® Machined Parts
Meets ASTM D 4181.
Delrin® is a registered trademark of E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company for its brand of acetal resin. Also known as Polyoxymethylene (POM), polyacetal, acetal, and polyformaldehyde, Delrin® is an engineering thermoplastic mainly used in precision parts that require high stiffness, low friction and excellent dimensional stability.
Vanderveer Industrial Plastics supplies Delrin® rod, tube and sheets for custom fabrication. Vanderveer's industrial plastic CNC machining can create Delrin® parts to extremely close tolerances.
